Taking a trip to the Past

This week my school had an event called the History Fair where they displayed projects, gave speeches, read essays and the best part-everyone got to dress up as a historical figure. I dressed up like a 50s girl, but told everyone I was Mamie Eisenhower! My friend Emma dressed up from the colonial era and Stephanie dressed up as "the Stamp Act." It was a good time, even though I was put in charge of the food! Overall it was a success and I loved seeing all the Rosie the Rivetors and FDRs!
