Giant Slide in Times Square?!

Hello everyone! I apologize, I have been having some problems with my computer! But I'm back and ready to go.
Since the Superbowl will be held in New Jersey, Super Bowl Boulevard has been set up in the middle of Times Square. It's 13 blocks of booths and news casters! Amanda, Stephanie and I went into see it yesterday because we were off from school. We arrived in the city at 11:00 am  and got to the ticket booth for the Toboggan Run at 11:30. The Toboggan Run was the main reason we decided to go in because sliding down a 7-story carpet slide is a once in a lifetime experience! Our tickets were for 4:00, which gave us some time to get lunch and walk around. I'll admit, it was a bit on the chilly side and it encouraged us to find our way into stores.
We walked to S'Mac, which specializes in mac and cheese. Its such a cute little chain of order and sit down dining. I ordered the Napolitana I think, which is basically pizza mac and cheese. OH MY IT WAS GOOD. I must say, I do perfer tthe original with bread crumbs but it was definitely yummy! They serve the pasta in the cooking pan, which makes it feel like it was made just for you!
After S'Mac we headed back to the boulevard and went to the big Toy's R' Us. I couldn't resist getting some candy from the  Wonka section to feed my sweet tooth! By a chance of luck, I was wearing my dinosaur sweater and had to take a picture with the robotic one in Jurassic Park. I always remember the Toy s R' Us being bigger and full of interactive experienced. It wasn't quite the same experience for 16 year old Claire, but  6 year old me was impressed.
When 4 o'clock rolled around, Amanda and I headed to the slide while Steph fpund refugee in Starbucks (she's afraid of heights). Although we waited 1 1/2 hours and through a shut down of the  slide for an athlete to go down. It was worth it. It was fun and a memory I'll always have. I lost my glove on the way down, but I got it back! It was such a beautiful sight from the top and I would repeat the process again if given the chance!
Hope you enjoyed! Thanks for reading and see you soon!
